HOW TO ORDER

Step 1:

Step 2:
Click on the "Order Form" link. Fill in required fields & submit the form.
We will sent you a confirmation email shortly (Within 24-hours normally) when we received your order form. The email will include the final amount that you're required to transfer.
Please DO NOT make any payment transfer before receiving the confirmation email. Payment is to be made strictly within 24 hours after the confirmation email is sent out by iAccessories.
For In-stocks items: We will mail out the item which you've ordered on the next working day upon receiving your payment.
(Upon receiving your order, stock will be reserved for 2 days. Please make payment within 2 days after place order. If payment is not made within 48 hours after the confirmation email is sent out by iAccessories, the order(s) will be taken as void.)
Note: If you wishes to shop with Credit cards via Paypal, please select "Paypal" under the payment mode option in the "Order Form". We will then arrange for you to pay with Paypal. If you wish to pay by Bank Transfer, we will advise you on the bank details to arrange for bank transfer once we receive your order form.

PAYMENT MODE

We accept the following payment options:



1) DBS/POSB Internet banking
2) DBS/POSB ATM transfer: Buyers must provide us with a clear snapshot of the receipt for verification purpose.
3) Interbank transfer: Verification will take up to 3 working days to process.
4) For Paypal payment, an additional 3% will be payable.

We strictly do not accept concealed cash or cash on delivery. If you do not have a ATM card, we recommend you do a cash deposit at any POSB/DBS branch.

Q) How do I order the item(s)?
A) Refer to "Ordering Instructions" above.

Q) Do you accept meetup?
A) Yes, we do. It is free of charge for below venue/time.
- Douby Ghuat/Orchard Road/Kovan MRT/AMK MRT (Between 6:30pm to 7:30pm)
* A surcharge of S$3.00 will be included should meetup's venue/time is different from above mentioned. (MRT/Central interchange only)

Q) Can I pay only when my pre-order stocks arrived?

A) No. As our policy only allows us to make order from supplier only for those Customer's order which payment is completed.

Q) What forms of payment do you accept?
A) Refer below:
- Internet Banking (I-Bank)
- ATM-Transfer
- Maybank2U (For Customers from Malaysia, Currency:RM)
- Meetup only @  Douby Ghaut MRT, Orchard Road MRT, Kovan or Ang Mo Kio MRT station.

Q) How long will it takes to receive my order?

A) We're checking mails & inquires everyday. We will sort out and drop you an confirmation email on your order. Our target is to serve you in no longer than 24-hours.

Q) How much is the delivery fees?

A) We are currently absorbing the postage fee for normal postage, meaning it will be FREE! However should you required a registered mail, you will be charged additional of S$2.50 per pieces.

Q) How long it will take to deliver?

A1) For Instocks, we will post out your item(s) on the next working day upon receiving your payment. The time taken for delivery will be 1~2days.

A2) For Pre-order, normal leadtime for the stocks arrival will be 2 to 3 weeks from closing date stated. Assume that payment is completed, we will post out your item(s) immediately after the stocks arrived. The time taken for delivery will be 1~2days.

Q) What if I provided the wrong delivery address to iAccessories causing my item(s) unable to be delivered to me?

A) iAccessories will not be liable for any loss of parcel by normal mail. So please double-check your information carefully during making orders.
* Hence you're highly recommended to select "registered mail" which costs S$2.50.

Q) Can I cancel my orders?
A) No cancellation of orders once confirmed
